Responsibilities

You will produce and present innovative and creative programmes that appeal to listeners and advertisers.

Prepare for and perform specified air shifts required.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and curate content, script and produce information and music programmes that resonate well with the target audience.
• Produce generic and current trailers for time belt, programmes, promotions and events as assigned.
• Perform specified air shifts duties and complete all production assignments i.e. trailers & capsules as assigned independently.
• Conduct research on topics/themes to be discussed on shows.
• Prepare interview questions for guests and lead the live discussions during shows.
• Help to maintain station social media. Contribute to station's social media pages with relevant content.
• Work with marketing, socials, and sales on strategic campaigns to strengthen station's branding.
• Ensure compliance of broadcast standards and guidelines.
• Other on-air and social media related duties and to support station task as assigned.

Requirements

• Good proficiency in English language in order to host English programmes
• Keep abreast with current English entertainment industry
• A keen interest in entertainment and music
• Broad knowledge of operating radio control equipment for on-and-off air production
• Research skills
• Excellent command in the language of the programming group
