Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain roles (manufacturing/export preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Confident communicator with solid Microsoft Office (ERP and Excel are important).
• Confident interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders through ERP
• Process drawing packs, material requisitions, Capex and procurement requests
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and delivery requirements
• Maintain accurate item, pricing, and supplier data within ERP
• Support inventory control, stock counts, and reconciliations
• Contribute to quality, continuous improvement, and health & safety initiatives
