Overview

Processing Team Leader, Dunedin. Lead a dedicated team of 16 - 20 Processing Officers at the Strathallan Street operation. The role has a roster of 11pm – 7.30am, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover other days as needed. You will oversee rostering, resourcing and overall team performance, with a focus on safety, continuous improvement and delivering targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 16 - 20 Processing Officers
• Own rostering, resourcing and overall team performance to meet targets
• Promote safety and a high-performing, positive culture
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the wider leadership team
• Set clear objectives and assign tasks to team members

What We Need From You

• Proven experience in leading teams
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the wider leadership team
• Excellent communication skills to elevate team culture and performance
• A passion for upholding NZ Post values
• Ability to clearly assign tasks and set objectives
• Have a current OSH FL Certificate or F Endorsement or be willing to obtain one

Shift details: 11pm – 7.30am, Monday to Friday. Night shift rate includes $3.21 per hour before 6am, with forklift allowance where applicable. Forklift experience is desirable.
