We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier client in the essential food manufacturing sector, offering full-time factory work.

Shifts are allocated based on business needs, and the more reliable and dedicated you are, the more shifts you’ll be considered for. Those aiming for full-time positions will benefit from consistent days and hours.

We're seeking candidates who are ready to take initiative and prove their value in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include light to moderate lifting, food production, quality control of products, counting, packing products to order and some general factory cleaning as and when required.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Operating machinery
  • Moderate to light lifting
  • Accurately pack items based on order forms, maintaining strong attention to detail and efficient speed.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the processing line to ensure standards are met.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Physically capable of performing manual labour and working in varied conditions.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within team environments
  • Availability for shift work, including weekends, overtime, and night shifts.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operational procedures.
  • Competency with numeracy and literacy, essential for documentation and interaction within a diverse workplace.
  • Ambitious, coachable, and respectful.
