About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Wellington. As a key player in the team, you’ll be responsible for driving process improvements, supporting change management initiatives, and enhancing operational excellence across various sectors. You will work on high-impact integration projects and contribute to optimising processes across diverse industries, driving measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out site surveys, investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
  • Produce calculations, specifications and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide appropriate solution.
  • Support specific project includes assisting with planning, budgeting, co-ordination and report writing.
  • Assist with communication and development on going contacts with clients as required.
  • Organise tender documents, assist in the evaluation of tenders and administration of contracts.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, utilising best practices and innovative approaches to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes into current systems, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to propose and implement process enhancements.
  • Support operational excellence strategies, promoting continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related engineering field
  • Proven experience (3 years) in process engineering or data analysis related role
  • Wastewater treatment project experience (ideally)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Professional accreditation or working towards is preferred
