Your work will support a more sustainable future for generations to come.

We’re looking for experienced Process Engineers ready to lead, influence, and shape outcomes. Whether you're already operating at a Principal level or looking to step up from a Senior Associate role, you’ll find opportunities that match your ambition and expertise. At Beca, innovation is encouraged, challenges are embraced, and your contribution truly matters.

In These Roles, You’ll
  • Lead process design and optimisation for complex water and wastewater treatment projects across New Zealand and Australia
  • Manage and deliver both large-scale and smaller initiatives, providing technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project outcomes
  • Mentor junior/Intermediate engineers and represent Beca’s expertise with clients and at industry forums
  • Prepare high-quality documentation and contribute to strategic direction and client engagement
  • Hold or be working towards professional certification or chartership
  • Continue developing your communication, presentation, and consulting skills in a collaborative environment

We value excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder relationship skills. If you’re passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re committed to supporting our people and offer flexible working arrangements to help balance work and life, whether part-time or full-time.

About You

You’re a motivated engineer with a passion for water infrastructure and a collaborative mindset. You’re keen to contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference and to help grow the technical skills of junior team members.

You’ll bring a degree in process engineering and at least seven years’ experience in a consulting or utility environment, particularly in wastewater or water treatment plant process design. You’ll be someone who naturally builds strong networks both within and outside the organisation. Chartered status is preferred, but we welcome those actively working towards chartership.
