Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven teaching and leadership skills.
• Experience engaging and working with whanau.
• Commitment to Ngā tikanga Māori and advancement of te reo Māori.
• Ability to lead a school towards being fully bilingual.
• Strong understanding of equity issues to meet individual student needs.
• Experience building strong links with the school community.

• Be approachable and empathetic with staff, students, and whanau.
• Develop a school culture that is inclusive and trauma-informed.
