Digital Division’s IT Group (ITG) supports the IT needs for DSO’s enterprise and R&D functions. ITG oversees the development and operations of core IT infrastructure, enterprise networks, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical lead for the cybersecurity team, providing expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of system administrators
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity appliances, including architecture, deployment, configuration, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the organisation's cybersecurity architecture, effectively integrating platforms to maximise security posture
  • Conduct technical deep dives and architecture reviews of existing and new security solutions to ensure they align with industry best practices
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical processes, best practices, and architectural designs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity treats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve our defence capabilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on various cybersecurity technologies, including but not limited to:
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/ Master in Cyber & Digital Security/ Cyber Security/ Cyber Security/ Cyber Security Management
  • 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on deploying, operating, and integrating a wide range of security appliances and platforms
  • Deep, hands-on experience with the appliances listed above, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex, integrated cybersecurity architectures
  • Strong ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff, improving team-wide technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges
