Part time, Fixed term, FTTE up to: 0.5, Start Date: 29/01/2026, End Date: 17/12/2026 (Flexible working arrangement for 2026)

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher

Subject areas: English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our close-knit and supportive team at our rural primary school in Garston. This position will commence in term 1, 2026. Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality teaching across Phase 2 and 3 of the curriculum is a requirement of this position.

We are looking for someone who has:
