We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Preparatory School leadership team as Curriculum Leader (Years 4-8).

About the role

The Curriculum Leader plays a key role in shaping and strengthening teaching and learning across Years 4-8.

Working alongside the Principal, leaders, and teachers, you will provide curriculum leadership, coaching, and practical support to strengthen classroom practice and student outcomes. You will lead curriculum development, support evidence-informed teaching practices, and help build collective capability across the school.

This role combines classroom teaching in Years 4-8 with leadership responsibilities focused on curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, professional learning, and school improvement.

Year-level placement will be based on the strengths and experience of the successful applicant.
