Job summary

Turbo Staff Ltd in New Zealand is seeking skilled Excavator Operators to expertly handle heavy machinery for excavation, material movement, and spreading tasks with precision.

You will perform pre-operation checks, attach and switch buckets and other tools, monitor machine performance, follow plans and drawings, and maintain equipment. Applicants should have a minimum 3 years' experience and be willing to travel across regions as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate excavator safely and precisely.
• Willingness to travel across NZ regions as required.

Responsibilities

• Excavate, move and spread materials with an excavator.
• Perform pre-operation checks and set up attachments.
• Conduct routine maintenance and refuelling as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for safety and efficiency.
• Follow project plans, drawings and verbal instructions.
