Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment – Queenstown-Lakes District, South Island is seeking a skilled Pre-Delivery Technician with current WOF authority to join our Queenstown operation, focusing on vehicle prep, inspections and accessory fitment. This role emphasizes delivering showroom-ready vehicles with high standards.

You will conduct WOF inspections, PDIs, and fit accessories like tow bars and roof racks, ensuring compliance and quality control while collaborating with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Current WOF Authority is essential.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Experience in automotive workshops.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience carrying out vehicle inspections and quality checks.
• Confidence fitting accessories and aftermarket products.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct WOF inspections and vehicle compliance checks.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles.
• Install accessories including tow bars, roof racks, protection products and vehicle enhancements.
• Carry out final quality control inspections before delivery.
• Diagnose and rectify minor fitment or accessory issues.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and specifications.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a high standard.
