Lumino Symes de Silva is seeking a Practice Manager to join our close-knit team!

Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff, all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.

Role

Managing our busy 8-surgery practice, located on level one of Symes de Silva House, the days/hours of the Practice Manager role are:

• Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 4.30pm
  
  

We’re looking for a candidate with strong business acumen and proven people leadership skills — someone who can inspire, empower, and guide the team to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported role and make a meaningful contribution to a passionate and collaborative team.

Qualifications

To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
• Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
• The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible
• An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements
• Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
