Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent registration.
• 3+ years in technical support, field service, or similar in power industry.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for commissioning, support, and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot complex power systems problems across service categories, remotely or on-site.
• Lead specialist service projects, managing timelines, budgets, technical delivery, documentation and HSE compliance.
• Act as technical consultant to management and customers, identifying cost-effective service solutions and new opportunities.
