Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Post-Construction Cleaner to prepare newly built or renovated spaces in Queenstown for occupancy. You will remove dust, debris, paint splatters, and other residues, using specialized tools and cleaning solutions to deliver a flawless handover to clients.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in active construction environments. Competitive salary, project completion bonuses, and equipment provided are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in post-construction or deep cleaning.
• Knowledge of removing construction-related stains and debris.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, to remove construction dust and debris.
• Clean and polish surfaces, removing paint, adhesives, and mortar residue.
• Clean windows, frames, and sills to remove protective films and construction marks.
• Ensure all vents, light fixtures, and built-in units are free of dust and debris.
• Dispose of all construction-related waste in an organized and safe manner.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure the property meets high standards of cleanliness before handover.
