We're seeking a proactive and highly organized individual with 2-3 years of experience in administration, team coordination, or project support within a large organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in supporting a busy team—managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Experience with Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management frameworks would be useful.
Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint). Whether it's booking travel, formatting a presentation, or chasing up action items, no task is too big or too small—you'll bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
To succeed in this hands-on role, you'll need resilience, commercial awareness, and a collaborative working style. If you're someone who takes initiative, stays two steps ahead, and enjoys supporting others to do their best work—this could be the perfect fit.
