Job summary

Humphreys Landscaping in Auckland is seeking a Pool & Spa Valet Technician Trainee to join our team. No prior pool industry experience is needed as we provide comprehensive training and support.

You'll service residential pools/spas, balance water chemistry, clean equipment, and learn to diagnose issues while delivering friendly customer service. Applicants must be NZ citizens/residents or eligible to work in NZ.

Qualifications

• This role requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good customer service.
• Be reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently with a practical hands-on approach.
• Physical fitness is important, including lifting/moving equipment, plus a valid NZ driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining residential pools and spas.
• Testing and balancing water chemistry.
• Cleaning pools, spas and equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate service records.
• Working safely with equipment and chemicals.
