Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Taranaki is seeking a pool Registered Nurse to join the Integrated Operations Centre for rostered, rotating shifts. The role covers multiple acute areas as needed, providing consistent, patient‑centred care.

You will work in a supportive team, with comprehensive orientation, access to clinical training and opportunities to grow into new practice areas across ED, ICU and maternal child services.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NZ registration and current practicing certificate.
• Experience in NZ hospital healthcare system preferred.
• Able to work in acute, ED, ICU, mental health and maternal child services.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across IOC staffing pools.
• Support rostering/rotas and rotating shifts.
• Deliver patient-centred care with emphasis on safety and quality.
