Job summary

Platypus Shoes Pty is seeking Christmas Sales Assistants to energize our busiest period. Help customers find footwear, unpack stock, and assist with online orders in a fast-paced setting.

Passion for sneakers and customer service is key. Availability October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, is essential. Team discounts and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with helping customers and achieving sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, restock, and keep shelves full.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
