The role:

• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth finishes.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming for optimal plaster adhesion.
• Mix and apply plaster, ensuring consistency and quality in all layers.
• Repair damaged plaster surfaces and patch holes or cracks.
