Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Planogram Merchandiser to execute planograms across NZ stores. You will maintain relationships with store and retail management, travel between Rangiora, Amberley, Waimakariri and Kaiapoi areas, and adapt to flexible hours on a casual basis.

The role requires accurate merchandising, strong communication, and the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a team effort. Training provided and immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Planogram experience in grocery/retail environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously with a team focus

Job description

As a Planogram Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the execution of planogram/relays whilst maintaining relationships with store and retail management on an ongoing casual basis, helping Brand Influence Group (BIG) support New Zealand's major retailers.

Area: Rangiora, Amberley, Waimakariri & Kaiapoi

About The Role

Hours vary depending on business needs. Flexibility is required across Monday - Friday.

Must be flexible and able to travel between stores.

Be available for COVER when needed

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with store and retail management
• Executing planograms accurately
• Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking of products is required
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will have:

• Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
