Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small team with a focus on homemade pasta & pizza in a fast paced kitchen, with a passion for Italian food.

This position requires excellent presentation and personality, with positive attitude & initiative.

Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare excellent quality dishes for the restaurant and contributing to a positive work environment
• Produce all items related to the menus and functions to the establishment’s standard.
• Maintaining standards and displaying knowledge of all relevant Health and Safety standards and food preparation regulations.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential and ability to work with fresh pasta is preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
