First-Line Supervisor of Retail Sales Workers

About The Role

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic leader to supervise the day-to-day running of the photography team, guest service functions and overall operations within the photography department. You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring staff performance and on-the-job training to ensure highest standards of product quality and guest service. Your goal will be to foster a positive and productive work environment while maximising profitability in all areas. Additionally, you will assist with the recruitment of new staff and maintain accurate personnel records. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work weekends and school/public holidays.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• 1+ years leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams effectively,
• 2+ years customer service experience,
• the capability to co-ordinate and drive group sales targets and incentives,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• experience in cash handling,
• a commitment to understanding and representing Skyline Queenstown’s offerings.
