Job summary

Harvey Norman Wellington Tory St store is seeking a PhotoCentre Operator in the Computers department. The role processes images and provides photocentre services for customers in a busy retail environment.

You will coordinate PhotoCentre operations, learn our systems, and support customers with imaging tasks. Weekend and public holiday work is essential, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with photo editing and imaging software such as Photoshop.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in the PhotoCentre.
• Operate photographic processing equipment with health and safety compliance.
• Edit and restore images according to the customer brief using Photoshop.
• Provide PhotoCentre services including image disks/USBs, canvas prints, photo gifts, books, calendars, greeting cards and blocks.
• Undertake cashiering and sales duties as required.
