Qualifications

• NZ Registered Pharmacist with current APC/registration.
• Strong dispensing experience and patient counseling skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a retail pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing of prescriptions in a busy store.
• Manage daily store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Provide professional patient counseling and complete care solutions.
• Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary staff.
• Support and grow new business strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
• Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing
• Professional patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions
• Supervise Intern, Student Pharmacists and dispensary Assistants
• Support and grow new business strategies
