VetSouth Gore is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our busy Gore clinic. This permanent part-time role supports clients and pets, handling bookings, payments and general admin with a smile.

Working 8:30am–5:30pm, five days per fortnight, you will be the welcoming face for clients in our rural New Zealand community, collaborating with a caring team that values animals and people. Experience with computer systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handling client bookings, discharges, payments and admin tasks with accuracy and a friendly approach.
• Providing efficient, welcoming service to clients and their pets at the Gore clinic.
• Using computer systems to keep the day running smoothly and support a proactive team.
