Job summary

Animates Holdings NZ Ltd in Tauranga is seeking a permanent, part-time Customer Service Assistant for our Tauriko store. You’ll be part of an energetic team delivering pet care guidance, quality products and helpful service.

You’ll help with specialist nutrition advice, educational toys, tank-mates knowledge and may fulfil eCommerce orders; you may lift up to 20kg and work Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays with flexibility for extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role (retail experience preferred).
• Physical ability to lift stock (up to 20kg).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and dedication to being a valuable team member.

Responsibilities

• This isn’t your regular customer service role; your advice and products help pets live better lives.
• Provide specialist nutrition guidance, suggest educational toys and tank-mate knowledge.
• Fulfil eCommerce orders and assist with lifting heavy items such as dog food.
