You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and crafting personalised insurance solutions that truly make a difference because we believe in making the world safer, one conversation at a time.

This is more than a job—it’s a launchpad for your career. We have full-time permanent opportunities in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) based onsite at Show Place and your IAG journey kicking off on Monday 17, November 2025. Begin with six weeks of immersive, hands-on classroom training in our IAG offices (training hours: 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday), designed to set you up for success.

After training you’ll be working five days covering weekdays between 08.00 - 18.30 and every second Saturday or Sunday between 08.30 - 18.00. You’ll join a dynamic team environment where every day presents new opportunities to grow your career and make a meaningful impact in the insurance industry.
