As a seasoned Personal Assistant, you will support the new General Manager of the Regulatory Engineering & Resource Consents business unit, providing exceptional business support to a senior manager leading 400 kaimahi. Your responsibilities include efficient email and diary management, coordinating information, and being the trusted, go-to person for senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of their schedules. Flexibility to work at our sites in Manukau, Henderson, Albany, and Auckland Central on a weekly basis is essential.

While highly autonomous, you will join a wider team of approximately 50 specialised personal assistants, the administrative backbone of our organization. You can expect an engaging, fast-paced working environment supported by caring and supportive team leaders.
