Job description
Overview

Permanent part-time Afternoon Supervisor plus casual on-call across all shifts.

Role One - As an Afternoon Supervisor, you will play a key role in the wellbeing, supervision, and daily routines of our boarders during the evening hours. You will help maintain a safe, supportive and homely environment while ensuring the school policies are upheld.

Role Two - As a casual on-call supervisor, you will have the ability to work across morning, afternoon and overnight, as required. Full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during evening routines including prep (study time), dinner, and downtime.
  • Provide pastoral support and foster a nurturing environment.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of students in line with safeguarding policies.
  • Support house staff with administrative or organizational tasks as required.
Working Hours
  • Role One: Monday to Thursday, 5:30pm - 10:30pm
  • Role Two: 7:30am - 3:30pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, 11:00pm - 8:00am
  • Term time only
