Job summary

Qualifications

• Strategic performance leadership with a passion for organisational excellence and accountability.
• Experience in developing and embedding performance management frameworks.
• Ability to coach, mentor and build organisational capability.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's performance framework.
• Establishing an integrated performance management ecosystem linking performance, planning, reporting and monitoring.
• Ensuring meaningful, accurate and timely performance reporting for executive and governance decision-making.
• Leading external reporting obligations including annual reporting.
• Providing expert advice on measurement, targets, indicators and outcomes frameworks.
• Leading forecasting, modelling, trend analysis and insights generation.
• Building capability through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Identifying risks and driving solutions across complex organisational challenges.
