  • Own marketing performance analytics, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all channels
  • Monitor and report on web conversions, lead quality, customer acquisition costs, and overall marketing ROI
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, overseeing structured experiments across channels, creative, and landing experiences
  • Maintain a testing roadmap focused on continuous optimisation of ads, messaging, landing pages, and targeting
  • Oversee paid media performance across platforms like Google and Meta, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with channel owners to drive lead generation
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver conversion-focused landing pages and creative assets

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a performance marketing or digital growth role, working hands-on across channels
  • Experience in planning and delivering A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, forms or key user journeys is critical
  • Experience running successful paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta or similar, with a focus on efficiency and results
  • Can work confidently with tools like GA4, Looker Studio or similar to make informed marketing decisions
  • A strategic mindset that's grounded in data and results
  • Confidence working across all major performance channels and tools
  • Strong experience with analytics, CRO and optimisation
  • A natural curiosity and a test-and-learn attitude
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a bonus
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications preferred

Benefits

  • Dynamic, fun and people-first company culture
  • An opportunity to join a high growth and successful business
  • An opportunity to grow and develop your skills
  • Competitive salary and company performance bonus scheme
