Opportunity for a permanent role, for a mid-level HRBP to provide support with travel between Whangarei and Kawakawa offices - pool car available.

The role will largely be providing coaching to Managers and provide support in a generalist HR remit.

This is a new role and you will supporting a motivated and supportive Head of People services where you will partner with leaders across the organisation to develop business and people solutions.

We are looking for an engaging and confident generalist HR practitioner with around 5 years' experience in an advisory or business partnering role, with sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
