Come and join New Zealand’s largest volunteering agency working within international development – a charity organisation that puts manaakitanga first. VSA’s programmes support countries across the Pacific and beyond to build capability and sustainable change. VSA partners with government and international agencies, private businesses, and not-for-profit community groups and organisations, to send their volunteers aboard on overseas assignments.
What VSA OffersThis newly created People & Culture Manager position will play a critical role in developing and driving VSA's People strategies, and implementing/overseeing key initiatives, to ensure the organisation's workplace culture aligns with its new strategic intent, which includes an enhanced commitment to te Tiriti o Waitangi and a strengthening of VSA’s ties to the Pacific.
Reporting directly to the Director of People, Finance, and Workplace, this role will focus on continuous development of people policies and wellbeing practices that serve their people located here in Aotearoa and across the Pacific.
You’ll be joining a dedicated and diverse team that is passionate about development, so this position will be an outstanding opportunity for someone who is filled with enthusiasm, energy and the desire to make a difference and achieve outstanding results together.
