Job summary

PGG Wrightson Seeds, part of the DLF Group, seeks a capable Team Administrator to support the People Team - People & Culture and Safety, Health and Wellbeing on a fixed-term basis in Canterbury, NZ. You’ll assist with employment documents, onboarding, HR systems, payroll coordination and safety administration.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in People & Culture.
• Degree in HR or related field.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Office; SharePoint knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment agreements, letters and recruitment documents.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, screening and interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and SharePoint.
• Assist onboarding, inductions, training and annual processes.
• Support payroll administration and timesheet checking.
• Provide day-to-day admin for health, safety and wellbeing activities.
• Update procedures, audit records and safety nets.
• Respond to queries professionally and promptly.
• Collate information for basic reports and analyses.
