About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team in a shared services environment, supporting multiple different areas with accurate and customer-focused payroll services. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll transactions, reviewing payroll data, and working closely with HR information to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The Payroll Officer's role will involve maintaining payroll accuracy, addressing payroll queries, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to provide a seamless payroll experience while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
About the Team/Service/ Location
As Healthsource, you'll join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Team Leader based at our Staff Service Centre in Penrose., where a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset drives our success.

You are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in payroll, committed to meeting key performance indicators. You thrive in both individual and team environments, respond promptly to payroll queries, and excel in communication, customer service and problem-solving.
