We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our payroll team in Auckland on a fixed-term basis. This role plays an important part in supporting participating services by delivering high-quality, customer-focused payroll services in a fast-paced shared services environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including HR and pay information loading, maintenance, and compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies. You will respond to payroll queries professionally and within agreed service levels, while working closely with colleagues to ensure payroll processes run smoothly each pay cycle.

As a Payroll Officer, you will bring:
Experience in a shared services or large organisational environment, and at least two years' payroll experience, will be advantageous.
