We’re seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Payable Superstar to bring accuracy, efficiency, and insight to our finance team.
About the role
This role will see you take ownership of:
Payroll processing – ensuring accurate and timely processing payments for our team
Accounts payable – processing supplier invoices and payments
Supporting the finance team with reconciliations, reporting, and other accounting tasks
Providing administrative support across departments as required
This is a hands-on position where your experience and expertise will make a real impact.
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone with proven payroll experience, preferably in a medium-to-large organisation, who is confident managing deadlines and ensuring compliance.
Key skills and attributes:
Solid background in end-to-end payroll processing
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems
Great communication and teamwork skills
NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
