An established organisation in far South Auckland, well-known for providing community services, is seeking a hands-on and experienced Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join their close-knit team.
This is a 6-12 months fixed-term role to support the team during a period of internal change. You'll be responsible for managing the payroll process and assisting across a range of accounting and administrative functions.
Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing
Manage full set of accounts, month-end processes, and reconciliations
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Manage a variety of ad hoc administrative duties as required
Proven experience with payroll and accounting ideally 4+ years
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable working autonomously and within a small team
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to change
Competent with accounting and payroll systems - Xero a bonus
