Job summary

Bendigo Health invites applications for a Pathology Relationship Manager. Working with clinical teams and the external Pathology Provider, you will maintain strong relationships, address issues proactively and support continuous quality improvement across our pathology services.

This role oversees administration of the pathology contract to ensure delivery of high-quality services in line with contractual requirements.

The Pathology Relationship Manager works in collaboration with the clinical teams and senior leaders at Bendigo Health, and the externally contracted Pathology Provider (Austin Health) to maintain effective relationships, address issues proactively and support continuous quality improvement.

The role is responsible for administration of the pathology contract across the health service to ensure delivery of high-quality pathology services, in line with contractual requirements.

The Clinical Support Services team includes Medical Imaging, Breastscreen, Pharmacy and Pathology, and sits within the Community and Continuing Care Division providing a broad range of high-quality, person-centred care programs and services to consumers in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
