Job summary

Wearnes Automotive NZ seeks an inventory professional to plan and manage branch parts stock using Bentley portal and Salesforce. You will ensure optimum inventory levels aligned with factory and operations requirements and help promote wholesale parts trade.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail in daily work. On-site position based in Otago, New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge on inventory control and car components.
• Independent, resourceful with strong analytical skills.
• Pay attention to details and meticulous in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Order parts via Bentley parts portal / Salesforce according to the mode of delivery.
• Plan and manage the part inventory at the optimum level as per factory and operation requirements.
• Actively upsell and promote wholesales part trade business
• Track and monitor closely backorder part from factory
• Review parts order prior to order drop by RIM
• Assist with parts marketing campaign to clear aged parts monthly
• Analyse parts lines of parts orders outside RIM for buyback support by Bentley
• Any other tasks as assigned by your manager
