Hui Te Ananui a Tangaroa New Zealand Maritime Museum in Auckland is seeking a part-time coordinator to oversee the museum's volunteer programme. The role focuses on recruitment, induction, training, and day-to-day support for our Volunteer Guides and Hosts.

The 32-hour week includes Monday to Friday, with some evenings, holidays and weekend work. You will bring 2+ years of experience managing large teams, strong organisation, and excellent communication to help our volunteers contribute to NZ's

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing and coordinating large numbers of people, preferably volunteers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and a warm, approachable manner.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee volunteer recruitment, induction, training, development and day-to-day management of Volunteer Guides and Hosts.
• Coordinate ongoing delivery and development of the volunteer programme.
• Support volunteer engagement activities, including the volunteer newsletter.
