Job summary

Pandora A/S invites two results-driven Part Time Sales Associates to join our Auckland store team. You will engage customers, drive sales performance, and deliver outstanding service while representing Pandora products and the brand.

Key duties include achieving sales targets, upselling, handling tills, merchandising, and assisting with stock deliveries. We value individuality and a friendly, proactive approach with rostered shifts on Thursday, Sunday, and Saturday sessions.

Qualifications

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling and up-selling.
• Provide exemplary customer service and knowledge of Pandora products and brand.
• Learn Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales.
• Assist with product deliveries and stock handling in store.
• Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards.
• Operate the till and process transactions including returns/exchanges.

We are seeking two results-driven, target-focused Part Time Sales Associates to join the store team on a part time basis. If you dream of engaging customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and making a lasting impression on your customers then Pandora is the place for you!

The role

Our Sales Associates are our brand ambassadors, and the link between our products and our customers. They lead the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.

1. PPT Roster:

Thursday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm & Sunday: 12:00pm - 3:00pm

2. PPT Roster:

Saturday: 11:00am - 5:00pm

What to expect from the role

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
• Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals’ personalities, loves and needs
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
• Assisting with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
• Merchandising the store and maintaining high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment
• Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
