Braemar Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our 32-bed inpatient ward. You will provide pre- and post-operative care across General Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic, and Vascular specialties.

Qualifications

• Current New Zealand Nursing Registration (APC) is required.
• Ideally 5+ years of NZ surgical experience.
• Experience coordinating, leading, or mentoring a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-operative care across multiple surgical specialties.
• Collaborate with surgeons, allied health professionals and other nurses to deliver patient-centred care.
• Support patient and whānau experience and wellbeing throughout care journeys.
• Adhere to Braemar Way values and participate in ongoing professional development.
