Mangakōtukutuku College in Hamilton seeks a passionate ORS specialist teacher to lead tailored learning programmes for students funded through the Ongoing Resourcing Scheme. This role focuses on inclusive practice and collaborative planning with teachers, leaders and whanau.

You will assess progress, provide feedback, and stay current with best practices in education. This is a part-time (0.7 FTTE), fixed-term position (28 Jan 2027 to 27 Jan 2028) to support a student’s interpersonal skills

Formación

• Familiarity with neurodiversity and inclusive teaching approaches.
• Experience with Learning Support and ORS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments.
• Develop and deliver tailored learning programs with staff and whanau.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment for individual learners.
