We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Office Administrator to support our Christchurch office on a part-time basis (about 24 hours per week). This is a key role ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that our teams have the support they need to do their best work.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage office systems and supplies, and assist with travel, events, and onboarding. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a helpful, approachable manner.
