CACI Marshland in Christchurch Central Canterbury is hiring a Part-time Intermediate Beauty Therapist. You will deliver professional skin treatments and ensure exceptional client experiences, supporting the clinic's high standards.

Applicants should hold a New Zealand Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Level 5) with proven experience, strong facial/waxing knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• New NZ Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Level 5) required.
• Proven experience as a beauty therapist.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments, waxing, and other beauty services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• High standards of personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in beauty services.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skin treatments best suited to customers' concerns.
• Manage the customer journey through their Treatment Plan, including cross‑selling where recommended.
• Maintain a close relationship with the clinic team to meet targets and uphold values.
• Always acting in the best interest of customers and the brand.
• Generate and facilitate customer enquiries.

We are seeking a Part-time Intermediate Beauty Therapist to join the team at Caci Marshland in Christchurch Central Canterbury. This is a part‑time position offering flexibility whilst maintaining the high standards of beauty and skincare services our clients expect. As an Intermediate Beauty Therapist, you will play an important role in delivering professional treatments and creating exceptional client experiences. Your expertise in beauty therapy will contribute to our reputation as a leading beauty services provider in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Working with customers to deliver skin treatments best suited to their concerns
• Managing the customers journey through their Treatment Plan- including cross‑selling treatments where recommended (for example, appearance medicine or injectables)
• Maintaining a tight-knit relationship with the clinic team to ensure we all achieve our targets while meeting our high‑performing team values
• Always doing right by our customers and delivering the best for the brand
• Generating and facilitating customer enquiries

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working as a beauty therapist
