Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in New Plymouth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the District Nurse team. This 0.4 FTE, part-time fixed-term role covers home visits and clinic-based work within the community service, operating 0800-1630 across a 7-day framework.

A full NZ driver’s licence is essential. Ideal candidates will have a current NZ nursing practicing certificate and at least three years in Rural District Nursing; postgraduate study is preferred and you will work

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate is essential.
• Full NZ Class 1 driving licence with no restrictions is essential.
• Minimum three years Rural District Nursing experience.
• Postgraduate study is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide home visits and clinic-based care within the community.
