Qualifications

• Previous Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, professional and patient-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work well in a busy environment.
• Confident using computer systems and learning new technology.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Local to Pukekohe or easy commute from nearby suburbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Manage appointment bookings, patient enquiries and front desk admin.
• Assist clinicians during a variety of dental treatments and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient appointments.
• Maintain high infection control and sterilisation standards.
• Keep clinical areas clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Process patient payments and maintain accurate records.
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
