Job summary

Oceania in Christchurch is seeking a part-time Chef to join our kitchen team. You will express creativity in cooking and deliver top-class customer service while supporting food service operations under guidance from senior management.

Ideal candidates have a culinary apprenticeship or equivalent experience, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude. You must have full working rights in New Zealand and be willing to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Completed culinary apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Passion for cooking and presenting meals that taste great.
• Excellent customer and people relationship skills.
• Safe food hygiene certificates (167, 168, 20666 or 27955).
• Positive "can do" attitude with team-first mindset.
• Willing to work rostered shifts including weekends/evenings.
• Full working rights in New Zealand.
